KÜRTŐSBON WEEKEND - July 10-11-12
We want those vacationing on the shores of Lake Balaton to taste the new-shaped and filled chimney cake. Moreover, you can assemble your own KÜRTŐSBON!
It's simple:
Choose a filling: chocolate, pistachio, apricot, or plum jam, then choose a flavor: vanilla, walnut, cinnamon, coconut, cocoa, raspberry, pistachio!
AND by popular demand, we will also be making Lavender KÜRTŐSBON on these weekends!

"FREE-FROM" CHIMNEY CAKE WEEKENDS - June 26-27-28, July 24-25-26, August 28-29-30
Three times this summer, we are holding gluten-, dairy-, and egg-free chimney cake weekends, to which we warmly invite everyone living with gluten, dairy, or egg intolerance for a delicious chimney cake experience!
We would like to draw our dear customers' attention to the fact that we unfortunately cannot prepare our "free-from" chimney cakes in a completely separate room, but a separate staff handles them, and they are prepared on separate tables and with separate tools... however, despite great care, they may contain traces of gluten, as we prepare them in the same air space as our traditional products.
Ingredients: gluten- and dairy-free flour blend (Mimen white bread and cake flour blend, NaturBit), sugar, yeast, vegetable margarine, salt, Alpro rice milk, lemon zest.
VEGAN (DAIRY- AND EGG-FREE) CHIMNEY CAKE DAYS - July 3-4-5, August 1-2
As you may have already come to expect, we usually make vegan chimney cakes on the first weekend of every month. On these occasions, we use vegan ingredients, and the chimney cakes are made from traditional flour, just dairy- and egg-free! Our June weekend was postponed a little, but we welcome you with even greater enthusiasm!
Moreover, on these weekends, Walnut APRICOTBON and Cinnamon PLUMBON are also available in vegan versions, and some Kürtős FONDUE variations can also be requested with vegan toppings.
CHIMNEY CAKE SUMMER PICNIC - August 7-8-9
It's been a 3-year tradition that we spend a long weekend enjoying chimney cakes along the retaining wall of the Tihany Abbey promenade!
This weekend, we invite you to a special chimney cake picnic, where young and old, friends and lovers, families and groups of friends can enjoy chimney cakes together with a wonderful panorama in the background!
We await you with several types of chimney cakes and several stands at Halász köz 9, and what can never be left out of our selection: the chimney cake flavor bombs! As a novelty, we will bring some chimney cake-based desserts, we will be making the new-shaped and filled chimney cake, the KÜRTŐSBON, and the Kürtős Fondue variations will also be here!
We await you with good cheer, music, chimney cakes, and a wonderful view!
KÜRTŐS FONDUE VARIATIONS WEEKEND - August 14-15-16
The summer vacation's Chimney Cake Fondue Picnic in TIHANY for two more weekends! After all, what's the best thing that can happen to a chimney cake? If you eat it in the form of a CHIMNEY CAKE FONDUE: you can make the delicious, warm, crispy chimney cake slices even more special by dipping them in various toppings!
You loved having Kürtős Fondue in the shade of the abbey on the retaining wall of Pisky Promenade - so for the summer, we're spicing it up by expanding the topping variations:
So, you can now request your favorite chimney cakes beyond the usual: Belgian chocolate, chocolate-raspberry, chocolate-mango trio, with: chocolate-lavender, vanilla cream, pistachio cream, apricot jam, vanilla custard, and who knows what else our colleagues might come up with?
Share your Kürtős Fondue with one, two, or more people you care about and invite them to a Kürtős Fondue Picnic. Vitéz Kürtős is located at the most beautiful viewpoint in Tihany - come visit us, order your favorite Kürtős Fondue variation, bring a blanket, and picnic on the beautiful abbey hill, or dangle your legs from the retaining wall.

In August, for the festive week, we bring the most unique chimney cake flavors of Vitéz Kürtős to Tihany in one chimney cake! Raspberry, coconut, pistachio - that is, red, white, green chimney cakes!

And as the lavender season begins in Tihany, we are also bringing back our Lavender KÜRTŐSBON product, which debuted 2 years ago - the chimney cake with lavender-white chocolate filled dough!
But you can also ask for lavender-white chocolate as a dip for the Kürtős Fondue, which is prepared for us at the famous REGE confectionery! Let the vacation week begin in the spirit of lavender!
