The country's first chimney-cake patisserie, Budapest's only bakery open every day of the year, under the Vitéz Kürtős umbrella, where you can taste real chimney cake baked over genuine charcoal embers, chimney-cake desserts, and a wide range of specialty coffees, on our outdoor and indoor terrace, in a wonderful setting!

Vitéz Kürtős has been a loyal partner of Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden for 16 years now. During this time, our freshly baked chimney cakes have brought countless smiles to the faces of both zoo staff and visitors, and year after year we're delighted to see how much both international and local guests love this treat, and how much enjoying chimney cake has become part of a day at the zoo.

Many people encouraged us for a long time to open a chimney-cake bakery around Lake Balaton too. Since we already take part in many events around the lake, we didn't really feel the need for a permanent store, but we always said we'd open a chimney-cake shop by the 'Hungarian Sea' once we found the perfect spot, with the most beautiful view.

We've opened Vitéz Kürtős's first showroom. In the new showroom, we can also offer consultations, and our customers can see the first prototypes of our products firsthand.

Our showroom mainly presents our own in-house developed products under the VITÉZ GASTRO brand, grill and baking accessories, as well as products from the BEECH CHARCOAL family, and we also intend for it to host various workshops in the future.
